If you are looking to become a nurse case manager you must be a registered nurse with at least an B.S. in Nursing.  and a minimum of two years of experience.

Primary responsibilities of a Nurse Case Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Assess, plan and coordinate the care needs of our client
  • Review and interpret medical records, diagnoses, treatment options and other documents to determine care
  • Advocate for their welfare
  • Establish relationships with the individual, their family, and care providers

If you are looking to become a life care planner you must be either

  • a nurse with
    • a minimum of two years’ experience
    • a B.A. in Nursing
    • an active California nursing license
  • other medical professional (such as an occupational, speech or physical therapist) with
    • a minimum of two years’ experience
    • a Bachelor’s degree minimum
    • an active California license for your specialty

Primary responsibilities of a Life Care Planner include but are not limited to:

  • Review medical records & legal documents like depositions
  • Conduct research on resources the patient and analyze costs
  • Collaborate with other experts
  • Assist in writing the life care plan

If you are looking to join the admin team, we would like you to have at least a basic level of administrative experience for a minimum of two years within a professional environment

Primary responsibilities of an administrative professional include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling and confirming employee and client appointments
  • Requesting medical and legal records
  • Providing data entry services
  • Representing RCC in a professional manner to all who contact the office
