Do you provide any sort of rehab services for those recovering from drug/alcohol addiction?

No. We do not provide any sort coverage or care for those dealing with addictions.

Do you provide direct patient care?

No. Case Managers and Life Care Planners do not provide any hands-on direct medical care to patients.

Are you a medical facility? Do you take in patients?

No. We are an office and do not provide direct medical care.

What is the make-up of your office?

We are an office of nurses primarily along with social workers and administrative staff.

Do you work with insurance companies?
A
Yes, we provide both life care planning and case management services on behalf of insurance companies. Please contact our office for further information.

Do you take Insurance/Medi-Cal/Medicare??

No, RCC is a private pay only company. For more information, please visit our PAYMENT page.

Where do you cover geographically?
A
The range depends on the case. For Life Care Plans and Home Assessments we can cover the entire United States and its territories. For Nurse Case Management we can provide in person support and coverage in Southern California. Specifically, the counties of San Diego, Imperial, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and southern Los Angeles.

Do you have any doctors on staff?

We do not.

What age of patients do you work with?
A
RCC works with all ages, from birth to death. This includes infants, children, adults with disabilities and the elderly.

Do you only work plaintiff/defense cases?

RCC provides its life care planning and assessment services on both sides as well as independent mediators.

I’ve been injured and would like to hire you as life care planner for my case, how would I do that?
A
We primarily are hired for life care planning matters by attorneys serving as one of their expert witnesses. If you’d like to work with us, please ask your attorney
