A key part of our work has not just been to find providers or similar organizations, but actual partners. What separates the two is not just their work, but their purpose and mission. Rehabilitation Care Coordination seeks to find organizations that have as their goal the wellbeing of the client, those that put their needs first and are focused, like we are, on the best possible outcome.
Over the past 30 years Rehabilitation Care Coordination has had the privilege of working with a number of fantastic organizations. Some are providers of services and organizations with similar goals, some are professional organizations and some are non-profits. All have a long history with RCC.
